My Mumbai Luxury Properties is a boutique advisory headquartered between the United States and Mumbai. We work with a small number of clients each quarter, hand-pick the developers we represent, and never accept money to favour one project over another.
Our story
Why we started this.
The idea for My Mumbai Properties started, very simply, with a referral. We helped a family friend buy an apartment in Vashi — and watched the entire process play out from 8,000 miles away.
What struck us wasn't the developer; the developer was excellent. It was the chasm between how Indian property should be sold to NRIs and how it actually is — opaque pricing, ghosting brokers, paperwork that nobody walks you through, and a strange assumption that you'll just figure it out from a different timezone.
We built My Mumbai Properties to close that gap. We're a small team that genuinely cares about the outcome: fewer clients, deeper service, transparent fees, and the same standard of due diligence we'd apply to a home for our own family.
What we don't do
A short list, deliberately.
- We don't list every project. We only show what we'd recommend.
- We don't take secret incentives. Every commission is disclosed.
- We don't outsource calls. The person who shortlists is the person who closes.
- We don't push timelines. If a project isn't right, we'll tell you.
- We don't lock you into exclusivity. You can walk away anytime.
- We don't spam. One thoughtful update beats ten generic newsletters.
